4 Steps to a Healthy Body

  1. Aerobic Activity
  2. Regulating your Eating
  3. Strength Training
  4. Flexibility

1.  Aerobic Activity

Aerobic activity is exercise that uses many muscle groups at moderate intensities, which uses oxygen to supply the energy for the activity. Examples of these are running, walking, cycling, elliptical, etc. The benefits of Aerobic activity are infinite.

Which Aerobic Activity is best for you?

 2.  Regulating your Eating

Eating directly results in weight gain or loss. Your body needs Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats, a person cannot do without any of these. Christopher never tells his clients that they cannot have a certain food, portion control is king.

What you should eat?

3.  Strength Training

Strength training maintains and/or builds muscle through resistance. There are many options to choose from for resistance including machines, free weights, body weight, rubber tubes, etc. Strength training improves daily functions, sport specific activities, looks, posture, and many other aspects of an individual.

What and How much should you lift?

“It is great to have a private facility in which to work out. Christopher’s expertise is great, he is more than just a personal trainer. I am excited to see improvements in my tone and reduction of body fat.”

-Jenny, 33 Singer/Songwriter

4.  Flexibility

Flexibility is the range of motion around a joint. With increased flexibility, injury is less likely and daily functions are much easier.
